Hi Cathe! I'm very interested in knowing if you happen to implement any of the following strength training methods in your regimen:
a) Ten Second Training: When lifting do you count to 10 making you go to fatigue much faster & thus having the workout go faster?
b) Supersets: Do you implement this for the entire upper body or do you just do this for 1 or 2 exercises?
c) Assisted Training: Do you have someone assist you when your lifting extremely heavy? Or not at all?
d) Do you also use up/down the rack as well as breakdowns?
e) Do you mostly do split routines & leave the total body routines for when you teach?
I've been trying to implement some of these in my own routines so that I don't reach plateaus & I was wondering how you train. I don't think anyone has ever asked you these questions before. I'd really appreciate your expertise input in helping me.
Can't wait for a road trip so I can pick your brain even further! Oh No!!! :7 Best to you, Kathy
PS: I'm waiting w/baited breathe here for my Advanced DVD!!! Ha!
