Hi everyone,
I just had a thought today.I don't have many b/c I don't think very much
Today I did Ctx upper body.Just the tri, bic and shou. When I was doing shoulders, one shoulder was burning more then the other. When I was doing bicep curls the other bicep was burning more then the other. Then when I was doing triceps, they were both about the same but one does seem to be a little stronger.
Do you guys think that it is a matter of one side being stronger,or is it all in the way we lift?Maybe when I was doing bicep curls I was letting one side rest more then the other? WHo knows. It doesn't feel this way all the time, but for a couple of reps on one arm, when doing the shoulders I grabbed an 8lb for one hand.So one hand had a 5lb and the other had a 8lb.When I got the same burn in both I put the 8lb down and continued with the 5 lb.
Just a thought!
Lori
