Hi Connie! Eat about 6 small meals per day as opposed to three big ones. Eat a variety of foods. Be sure to eat healthy and balanced portions. I don't talk heavily about nutrition on the forums because it can get very involved and it all depends so much on each individual. I suggest looking up a registered dietician in your local yellow pages if you would like an individualized program. If not, try getting an easy to read book on basic nutrition to get you started.
