Hope you and your family had a Merry Christmas. I wish you all a very happy and exciting New Year. I would like to know how you eat. How many calories per day (non-pregnant)? In what portion-Carbs-Pro-Fat- Fiber?
Also is their somewhere I can find your Height, Usual Body Weight and Body fat measurements.

I know your exercise videos are great so I am sure your recommendations on diet are too. I love to workout-- but I also love to eat.

Thanks in advance for any feedback

diet questions

Hi! Yes, thanks, we had a great Christmas. I hope you did too.

I don't have a set and/or fixed diet plan. I'm a big advocater of eating everything in moderation.

Generally speaking, it is best to eat a diet rich with nutrients and fiber. Also lower your simple sugar intake and limit your fat intake. You should also make sure that your diet contains enough calories to match your level of activity. Finally, try to get quality sleep and atleast 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.

When it comes to talking about specific diets or recommending what or how someone should specifically eat, I would rather suggest that you consult with a registered dietician since this is their area of expertise. They are fully educated to deal with this situation one on one. Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you.

A very Happy New Year to you too!
