diet plans

I have been reading post for a while and really enjoying my cathe workouts. I feel like I have gotten into great shape, but it is all still hiding under an extra 15 pounds or so. I would say it is mostly in my middle (after having 3 kids in 4 years).

Can anyone suggest a diet plan/book/website that they have had success with? I have some of the popular ones and have had some success with WW in the past. I have to say the the Tosca Reno book is a little too hard core for me. I would stick with WW, but I get too hungry. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I have been following WW Flex for 9 years faithfully, but I was kind of holding onto a few pounds of extra weight. Five weeks ago, I started WW Core, and I LOVE IT!!!! I have lost 8 pounds. You can eat all the time. I didn't think I could follow it because it allowed so few points, but I do not even use them!! It is so wonderful, and I am never hungry. I have been eating anywhere from 1600 - 2500 calories a day and consistently losing! I eat a lot of veggie burgers for lunch. I have been using bulgur and just tried cous cous....love it! I make a huge pan of veggies with olive oil and bake it on most days for dinner. It is the easiest, most sensible weight loss plan, and it really works. A snack that I now eat every day is chocolate pudding (instant ss/ff made with skim milk), and popcorn.

Eileen-I followed WW Flex for about 3.5 years and was able to lose and maintain the loss. This past October, I began following Body For Life (both the exercise and the eating plan), and have to say that the eating plan is almost IDENTICAL to WW's Core plan. Clean food, unprocessed stuff, etc. And treats! Much success!
