Hi I am new to Cathe, but not to exercise/step. I have basic step + body fusion and just received boot camp + muscle endurance. My goal is to trim down some fat and gain some nice shaped and defined muscles. I weight 130 size 10 and would live to get to 120. My problem is that I dont know how to feed my body well so I can see the results faster. I dont know what clean diet means. I've read that on some of the posts. I'd love to see a diet/nutrition video from Cathe explaining the basics.
I'd like to hear from some of you how I can get started. Thanks
