I am beginning to work through Judith Beck's Diet Solution Book. It's really a behavioral change workbook/plan to help you change your ineffective eating styles (emotional, impulsive, craving-based, etc.). One of the requirements is that you check in every day with a diet 'coach'--this could be a friend, colleague or even a forum friend. The purpose of the check-in is to get support and keep you accountable. I'm a longtime forum member, but mostly lurk to get really good advice from this "educated crowd", as Cathe says.
