Mine came this afternoon! I'll put it together this weekend for chest work next week!:D I can't wait to use it!!
 
Kate...I inquired about this when I ordered the STS but they told me it wasn't out yet. Hooray!!! Can you tell me what STS workouts use it? Do you think it's worth the investment? I'm more than willing to pay for it, if you feel it's better than something like the Perfect Pullup.
 
Yep, mine is together and waiting for me. I will use in on Sat. It's certainly not the perfect addition to my living room decor but that's not why I bought it. :D

Hi Elizabeth! You wouldn't just use it for STS - you can do pulls/chins any ol' time on it. Someone was saying something about using it for pushups too. What I am MOST excited about for it is to do chest work with it. We have a Smith machine that I can use but I don't like it. The guided rails are awkward to me and I'd much rather go freestyle with pushing the bar. I think I'll continue to use the Perfect PullUp that we have set up near our workout room. I like that for the ability to truly hang from it without having your legs Indian style. You can also use the Perfect PullUp for hanging ab work, which my husband does on a regular basis.
