My DD got a hoola hoop at a party, and, well, I though WTH, I'll try it. I can't believe I was able to keep it going! And it's fun... and very aerobic. Think I just found another way to do cardio. Whaddya think, cardio haters?????
I can never keep that darn thing on my hips and boy have I tried. Ever seen that woman on David Letterman that twirls like 60 or more at once? That makes me feel REALLY good!
