Man, and I don't really know why, either! I just know that I've been really intent on upping my activity level, and this week included Imax 3, Crazy for Step (1 hour long), ran flights of steps at work with some other runners (of which I am NOT, I just did it for kicks)and got WAY over 10,000 steps in every day. I'm flabbergasted and pleased that MIC did not leave me in a pile of sweat on the basement floor. I normally have to really psyche myself up for that one. Another thought, all the cardio (taped)workouts I've done this week have been long.
