Did Back/Shoulders/Bis Gym Style

Hi Cathe! I had done this workout last night & I must say my arms are so sore but in a good way. I have some major DOMS today!}( The band gets in there so good as you say "its a buffer". I hope over time I get the band up as high as you & your crew are b/c my shoulders felt this workout. Its absolutely a STELLAR DVD & this whole series is certainly a challenge. I plan on doing my Hardcore rotation for 12 weeks & tracking my progress. Will let you know how I do! I also have no idea how you lift those 20#ers after all those concentration curls. You ROCK!
