Did anyone ever try that bootcamp workout......

did anyone try that workout from that CX500 (you know with mindy mylrea in some of them, i know that's not the real name) but it's called like kickbox bootcamp. If so is it comparable to cathe, i just really need something new to get me through till the new cathe's come out!

Kimberly Spreen Kickbox Bootcamp? I don't have it but there is a clip on Collage and reviews as well. Judging from the video clip it does not look as intense as Cathe but, over at the video fitness web site, there are many positive remarks about this workout.

if you were meaning kickbox bootcamp with kimerly spreen someone on exercisevideos group on yahoo said it was not as intense as cathe and there was no kicking. it was more punch combos with step aerobics and 20 mins. of muscle conditioning with body bar. apperently not worth it for advanced exercisers.
seems to be a problem with us advanced folks lately. many have said they cannot find very many advanced workouts other then cathe,power90x(or whatever it is), and some CIA videos. i have to start working on my own or use cathe just to keep things shaken up
