I saw that. It's an interesting article for sure. I'm anxious to see a bigger study but it really only stands to reason. I do think that the diet Dr. Ornish recommends is so stringent that it's very hard for most people to follow, but I would agree that it's probably the most effective diet for the prevention and/or treatment of someone with heart disease or diabetes.
