Good Morning Ladies!

Today I ran and then came back to do BB's Unlocking Athletic Power. This is my fav yoga. Only 27 min.:) He does the crow pose, pigeon and double pigeon among others.
This was supposed to be my rest day, but oooops. And I plan to do L&G tomorrow. Oh well.

Deanie--Hope you aren't starting the thread now also!x( How was Mahjong? And how did the cookies turn out? Thanks for the 1 RM info. I know it will take a little bit to get used to it. I will probably just do Pyramids nd S&H as is next month. Is that what you are thinking now? Sometimes I will add my 2# ankle weights, which are easier to hold than another weight, bu I need to look into getting the PlateMates before STS. Have a great time on your vacation!! Hope it's nice and sunny!

Marcy--I hope that you can join us for at least part of the April rotation. How was line dancing last night? Enjoy your day off.

Well, I may be the only one posting today since Deanie is leaving for vacation and Marcy is off.

Gin~ I'm always wondering if you are starting the thread the same time as me when I post an hour later!:7 LOL

cookies were good, Mahjong was FUN! and yes, I will just be doing the Pyramids and S&H as is without the confusing 1RM:) I will be starting on Monday March 31! Hope Cathe doesn't post something I/we'd rather do the next day!!** ha ha **
