My question is: What do you think of Richland Hills and north? It's located NE of Ft. Worth and southwest of Grapevine roughly. Please and thank you.

Most of North Richland Hills is nice. Modest prices. Decent location. Nice neighborhoods. Close to shopping areas. Richland Hills is an older community but also close to most things.

Just a heads up - the freeways surrounding this area, North Richland Hills, Hurst, Bedford, Grapevine, are all under construction. Suppose to be finished 2014. We have survived the past few years of it and will be glad when it is finally done.
