Desperate Housewives...is this even on anymore?

I have not seen this in weeks...I have been checking the past few Sundays but it is never on! Anyone know the scoop? I don't have the tube on very much so any announcements would have been easily missed! Unless they announced it on FitTV...which I doubt!:p
 
Yes, it is on. It was just preempted for the Oscars, then Oprah's movie, and this week they're premiering a new show in its timeslot. I think it will be back next week.

I think this show will be around for a while. I think I heard that it's like #1.

Donna - so glad to hear it is not over. I don't watch that much tv either but this was one show I got into. Even my hubby and a couple of friends at work watch it and talk about it! Seriuosly!
 
Me too--I hate when this happens--whenever a show becomes really popular it's like they dole it out in dribs & drabs just to keep us hanging.
 
Geez, I was wondering the same thing! My boyfriend and I sat down to watch it last night (he's such a good sport!) and was surprised to see that new John Stamos show on. I wondered if I had the wrong time or something.

Another thing that annoys me are the re-runs for "Lost". I want to see what happens NEXT, not what happened 3 episodes ago!
 
oooooo i HATE when they do this! they used to do it all the time with alias.. GRRRRR finally this year.. at least alias attempted to "get it right" by not starting til january (they claim it takes longer than one week to shoot an episode.. so were supposed to be shooting them so we could see them almost weekly) now they (ABC) are doing it with DH... i was really bummed that it wasn't on last night! i'm gonna check ahead on my pvr to see if it's scheduled for next sunday when i get home!

I was afraid they were getting rid of it because I have "heard" some say that it is to racey for t.v. (which I don't think so compared to all the other crap on t.v.) I am just glad that it is still on. I don't catch it every week but when I remember that it is on, it usually entertains me.

A friend of mine was telling me how embarassed she was to be watching, with her preteen daughter, the scene where Bree drops her fur coat to reveal she was wearing nothing but sexy bra and undies...are you kidding me???? Every 40 minutes we see Giselle stretching her body out wearing the same thing in an effort to get me to buy some "Ipex" bra that must double as a bullet proof vest (or something tho that effect). Why is that embarrassing? Maybe I don't get it because mine are still toddlers....
