Kind of like a CTX but with different styles of step all on one DVD in 20 or 30 minute blocks so that we could create our own step workouts

- Low impact
- Steady state high intensity
- Dancy
- Athletic
- Intervals or HiiT
- Upper body only step circuit
- Lower body only step circuit
- Kickboxing on the step
