Just wondering if anyone else was having problems receiving their orders from the shopcathe website.
I ordered the complete STS DVD series on December 18th; my credit card was charged that day. I still haven't received my order. I contacted customer service on December 29th; they responded on the 31st to say it was an oversight on their end and my order would ship that day (the 31st). I told them I was disappointed that I wouldn't have the dvds by January 1st. I asked if they could ship it via UPS ground or 2 day since the mistake was on their end. They refused. As of right now my order still has not shipped. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get what I've already paid for. I'm on the verge of canceling my order, but really don't want to cut off my nose to spite my face. I realize it's the holidays but this is getting ridiculous.
