I tried ordering from them 2x and have had no success in the order going thru. they send an email saying they are unable to process the order. whats up with that?
 
I've ordered from them several times and have never had a problem. The last order I placed was about 3 weeks ago.

That is strange, because I too have ordered several times from them and never had any problems. You may want to try and contact them and see what the problem is.
 
I have tried calling the 1 800 # and keep getting a recording that says to go online. I have called within the hours they say they are open.
