Hi Cathe & Educated Crowd,
I've noticed over the past 6 months that my right wrist is not as flexible as it used to be. When I hold my arms out straight and bend my hands up and back (to make and L shape), my left makes and L and my right now comes short by over an inch. It doesn't hurt unless I am doing lots of push-ups, etc. It also hurts when I do bench presses. What causes this? The only change I've made this past year is to do more weight work. What can I do to fix this? Thanks for any insights you may have
