Grab your weights and get ready for a quick PHA workout that gets heavy and leaves you breathy! We will stay in the 12 rep range so be sure to grab weights that will challenge you with good form as we alternate between upper and lower body exercises!

Equipment Needed:

Step with risers or use a weight bench

Mat or mini mat

Wide range of dumbbells
 
Great PHA Express Cathe!!!!! I was a bad girl & only watched instead of doing it :) but will be doing it soon enough, I hope! Time was right around 35 min…maybe a tad less….
