No workout for me yesterday,just ran out of time
but today I did do LBB,i don't have the tower so im not able to do drills,but im thinking of buying it thru amazon.Shipping is way cheaper for me there.

Teri, I don't have the tower either...I just use a regular chair and believe me...IT WORKS! You don't NEED the tower just to do the conditioning drills. I promise!

I almost forgot to post here today. I've been using my new laptop and it doesn't have all my regular sites bookmarked yet! I've bookmarked THIS site now, promise! This morning was MY LAST WORKOUT OF THIS ROTATION!!! I cranked out High Reps after sleeping a bit later due to a late night and some beer and champagne (which were my first drinks in probably 6 months!). I've been slacking just a bit on my eating this past week, but it's back to the grindstone today, baby!
ROTATION DONE! I have about a week to just do whatever strikes my fancy, because my OFFICIALL training plan starts Jan 10. It's going to be an AWESOME YEAR! I can feel it.
no workout for me today,I ate WAY to much king crab last nite and then got real sick,its almost like a "crab hangover" so all i've been doing is laying down all day......not good.

I did STS Total Body Friday but didn't do Imax 2 yesterday. I was 4 workouts short of finishing Dec.'s Rotation. Not sure if I want to finish Dec.'s rotation and start Jan. next Thursday. ... or if I need to take a short break.
I find at 57 that I need more than one day off a week of Cathe's workouts. I'm having to re-balance how I workout as I get further along in life. For some reason this was the year I could feel a definite need for recovery days. Or maybe it's just stress. Our house has been on the market since last September. Lot's of purging, keeping the house clean & picked up and having showings (but no offers.) Plus, I have a soon to be 14 year old son who needs some loving attention too not to mention DH.
Off to see what Cathe cooked up for January 2011 before I decide what to do.

I went away for the holiday weekend so I wasn't able to check in. Saturday was a rest day and tonight I started STS with disc 1 and abs from High Reps.

I will continue to check in with you ladies for as long as you wish to keep this check in going. I know everyone's Dec rotation is winding down now (if not done) so I'm not sure what everyone's plans are as far as checking in when they are done.
Hi Wendy, Good luck with STS. I loved it but I'm going to save it for Spring.
I decided to finish Dec. Don't want to be a quitter ... so today was Imax 2. Intensity & High Reps made Imax 2 seem relatively easy. I must be making some progress.
Tomorrow is Lower Body Blast etc. Then I'll start Cathe's January rotation on Thursday. I'd love to keep checking in. Have to get rid of a few holiday rolls and they're not in the fridge.
