Attention Cathe Live Subscribers: This Thursday, Dec 3rd at 9:15am EST, we will be doing Power Step Live. Prepare to warm up with mild choreography to get your body prepared for directional changes and then we are ready to "blast off"! We'll be doing interval style blasts (push hard and recover) before we finally cool down!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

A full-size step at 6 inches with two risers off to the side to add (optionally) after the extended warm up.
 
I just love this workout and return to it again and again when I need to get some solid cardio in fast. So much fun too! I would love another one just like this.
