HEY DEBBIE!!!

Had rehearsal last night. It went well. There are 2 of us sort of tag teaming it. We'll be leading a bunch of people that NEVER exercise. They are all pretty out of shape so it will be great not having to put too much energy into this. We got music from christianmusicfitness.com It ROCKS! We were very pleasantly surprised.

Did I tell you all I got the ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification study materials from Santa? It arrived Christmas Eve! I hope to sit for the exam in May!

Teaching this class will give me some experience & will help me when I'm ready to break into the real world of teaching! LOL I've been asked to put something REALLY lite together for the older women here at work. I'm thinking about ordering Cathe's intensity series music for that.

Deborah, that is GREAT! I knew you'd have fun with this! Starting with two of you is a great idea too. There will be so much variety and difference of style for the class. Glad to hear about the Christian music link also. I'll have to check it out. No, I didn't know you had received the ACE study. That is an awesome gift. I keep contemplating getting the same materials. Let me know how it goes. BTW, what you are doing IS the REAL thing. What a contribution you are giving to this inactive group. Keep me posted.
