DebbieH or Anyone - What Size Dyna-Band to Order???

Debbie - thanks for the link on the inexpensive Dyna-Bands. Which one do I need? Someone said a medium or green one, but these go by Level 1, 2, 3 and 4. There is a green though. I just don't want to order the wrong one.

Hi Suz...The green one came with the Hardcore series. I ordered mine from here http://www.fwonline.com/dbcutlong.htm I also got a purple and silver on for higher resistances...
