Hi Debbie,

When doing your sample rotation you recomended, how many sets should I be diong to get the ultimate results? Thanks Debbie

I would stick with 3 sets/8-12 reps. Try to go to almost failure. You should be able to complete 1-2 more reps with each set. Take about 1 min. rest between each set.
