I was doing a workout this morning that I haven't done for a while when I noticed that the new girl, Deazie, was in it. It's a DVD by Gaiam called Total Body Cardio led by Tanja Djelevic. It's a very pretty workout that is filmed outdoors in Sundance, Utah. Of course, it's nowhere near as hard as Cathe's workouts. I like to try workouts led by other instructors, but I'm always comparing them to Cathe who is hands down the absolute best Someone posted that Deazie has a website of her own that I checked out and it looks like she might have her own workout DVD by Gaiam. I just had to tell someone that I saw her in this workout because I kind of got excited when I saw her, knowing that she is going to be in Cathe's!
