Good Morning Everyone!!
Today was Imax 3. This is my favorite Imax! I always have fun and boy is it hard!! I forgot what the intervals were and remembered half way through the cardio section of #5 what the blast was, and was NOT happy!! I always feel if I can get through that, I can do the rest, no problem. Today though, after blast 7, I wasn't sure! I had a really hard time, but I finished. For me blast 9 is harder than blast 10, and I think if blast 10 were hard, I wouldn't have finished. After Imax 3, I did B&G abs (with the ankle weights). I wasn't sure if I was going to do abs today or tomorrow, but I had extra time, so I did them today.}(
Tomorrow is S&H legs and shoulders, but I am thinking of doing CTX leaner legs in place of S&H legs. My legs got a good workout today, and I'm not sure how I'll feel tomorrow. Also, I have 50# on my barbell and its hard to put on my shoulders. So we'll see when I wake up.
