Good Morning!!! (and it is morning~ not yet 6 a.m.)

I am off to do Imax 3 in a minute (can't believe I woke up!) Then off to Philly.

Gin~ Welcome back!!! Can't wait to hear about the road trip!

Good Morning Ladies!

This morning was IMAX 3 and Stretch Max 1. I had a great workout. I was able to get through fully without stopping for Intervals 1 and 4 (2 of my dreaded intervals). Interval 7 I had to stop in the middle (this one still gives me a problem after all this time.) Otherwise, I had a great workout and really enjoyed Stretch Max at the end. #1 is my favorite and I love the music on this one.

I am only partially done reading Beloved Heather's Road Trip Novel. She is such an amazing person and writes so beautifully. If you get a chance, it's a definite must read.

Deanie - Have a great trip. I'm sure IMAX 3 will give you plenty of energy to get you through your trip.

Gin - Can't wait to hear from you either. I am definitely going to try and go next year. I'm so glad we convinced you to go. How was Hershey?

Tracee - Hope you had a great workout.

Cheryl - How are you? Any luck with your computer yet? Are you also on vacation this week?

Good Morning and Happy Tuesday!

I actually woke up and did IMAX3, well most of it anyway. I ran out of time so I had to stop after interval 8. I felt great through the workout today though and think I would have made it through if I'd had the time. I definately have to be in the right frame of mind for this one because I wasn't struggling with it this morning like I have other times.

Marcy - I think #7 is one of the worst. Is that the one where we do the jacks off the step after doing several other jumps? Ugh! I don't do those jacks because the speed makes me think I'm going to injure my knees.

Deanie - Have a great mini-vacation. Hope you all have a great time.

Gin - Anxiously awaiting your return. I've been looking at all of the pictures and it looks like fun.

Cheryl - Hope your computer is getting fixed and you'll be able to post soon.

Marcy - thanks for the tip on Heather's novel. I love the way she writes too and haven't seen that one yet.

Hi Tracee!

Glad you had a good workout and it wasn't a struggle. I guess we're ready for IMAX 4, right?}( Yes, it's #7 with all the jacks on and off the step. It's a little embarrassing but I always have to pee in the middle of this one. I guess it's all the jumping but I'm fine with all the plie jacks.

Heather's post is very long but so worth reading. I have to go back and finish.

Heather's post was very long and I even saw where she mentioned seeing Gin at the airport. Too cool. I'm amazed at how open Heather is about her feelings and think she's a great writer.

I have a question for you girls. Whenever I do hard cardio I seem to end up with a throbbing headache for the rest of the day. I'm pretty sure that it's from getting dehydrated so my question is what should I do to replenish. I've been drinking water like crazy today and it doesn't seem to be doing the trick. Should I be drinking something like an energy drink? Any suggestions?

Try chocolate milk. A fitness trainer over at videofitness suggested it and it works for me. I actually found a low fat one that I like. It's got protein and carbs. I think you could also try whey protein and make a smoothie. That stuff's kind of too expensive for me but I might try it one day.
