Deal of the Day - opinions please

Today's deal is the Terminator DVD. I don't have this one and am thinking of purchasing it but my question is, how much step is involoved? I can do IMAX 2 but wondered what percent of these workouts are step?

I love this DVD! The Cardio and weights is step aerobics and it is used in some of the terminator workouts.
