My DH bought this a few months ago. He has back pain, and he says this helps him. His chiro recommended yoga too. This is not true yoga, as there are a lot of different moves as well. My DH got ripped from this! I like it too....I like DDP's style. He's very calm, to the point. I do these about 1-2 times a week. It's not fair how men respond to exercise!!! I've noticed that my arms have more def. I recommend them!
