Daughter's first yoga workout

I bought my daughter a sticky mat and a kid's yoga DVD for her 5th birthday. We did it together today after I finished my real workout. She really had fun. She didn't really get any true yoga experience with it, but I think it will help her get interested in it. It was a cute DVD too and it made for some nice together time.

Won't be long and she'll be doing Bryan Kest with me!

What's the name of the kid's yoga DVD? My almost 4 year old daughter "works out" with me sometimes. She'd probably lover her own workout.

Animal Yoga for Kids. There really isn't a whole lot of yoga going on, but there are a couple poses to introduce her to yoga. I'm hoping that it will get her interested in trying th real thing.
