Good Morning!!!!
Well....I feel much better today then I did yesterday morning! Although, I wasn't up this early but I wouldn't have felt good anyway...LOL, I would have only had 2 hrs of sleep!
I had awful nigh at work on Fri night. I worked all day, went back for a flight at 7, while I was back there I noticed that there was another flight coming @ 11 and another one at 1. When I went back for 11 I just stayed there but of course the 1 o'clock flight was delayed until 3!!!! I thought I was going to die! I slept until 10:30 yesterday morning but it was broken sleep....not good at all! I felt like I was hungover!
I had a pretty good night last night. My SIL took DS to my MIL's for supper so I didn't have anyone under my feet. I tried to take a nap but that didn't work. I got back up and did STS disc 26 and 27. Good workouts but there were a few moves in legs that I didn't like. I hated those squat turn things....they kinda made me feel dizzy. I have some DOMS in my bum today though....nice!
So I am up early to get my 12 kms run in before work...thats what the training schedule calls for. I won't be following each day as suggested b/c most days the runs are only 5-6 kms long...as you know me...Im not going to follow that!
I have decided to run inside so cc # 6 it is for me!!!
I will bbl with personals. As soon as I am done my workout its off to work I go! Last shift for the weekend!! Woo Hoo!!!!
