Damage Control *** Wk of 9/11 ***

Good Morning:)

I am working this weekend and it's so quiet here:confused: Just the way I like it actually. My manager pretty much hung out all day yesterday and it was driving me. It remined me of just before the take over, when he was waiting for an offer from the new buyers and he wouldn't move b/c he was afraid of missing an important phone call.

So far this week I have only done 2 workouts:( I am hoping to do one tonight after I get off of work. I have been wanting to do LM for a while so maybe that's what I will do:D I can't wait to get back into the swing of things....geez...I know you guys are probably tired of hearing me say that. I thought about ordering a new running coat from lulu, just to make me happy:p I think once Halloween is over the time will fly. We will be thrown into Christmas and then not long after that!

Wendy** You will be happy to know that I have gained atleast 20 lbs or more:p Its slowed down quit a bit now. I am hoping for no more major jumps on the scale. I have a feeling that it willl be a little harder to lose with the 3rd one...or I could be wrong. Time will tell! I have been feeling better but still taking one pill before bedtime to help. My sister called me a wuss but Im not ready to try no pills again!

Diana** Wooo...a road bike! Are you excited??? I would be excited at just about anything right now:) I bought all new door knobs for my house last week and even that made me happy;) We should have went with more expensive ones when we built, don't know why we didn't.

Laura** HOw are you feeling now?? Imagine feeling like that for weeks and weeks....and WEEKS!:rolleyes: LOL

Jacque** Have you thought about upping your cardio to help with the weight loss? That's what I would do if you don't want to go any lower with the cals. But then again, you can't go any lower then 1200 anyway.

I haven't been going crazy with the PT stuff lately. I still have about 4-5 girls that I see and that's about all I can manage. One girl is enough to drive me completley up the wall. She whines and whines about not losing weight, claims to be doing all the right things and then a few weeks after that she admits to eating more b/c she was working out more:mad: How are you suppose to help someone who isn't telling you the truth? When my course is done and I turn this into my job, there will be alot of new ground rules laid out for everyone involved! I also had one girl stop coming b/c both kids are in school and she is helping them. One kid is gone back to do her masters....and they are helping her! Give me a break! This family isn't even from a high income home, not sure how they are gonna swing to kids in school. She owes me well over 200 and all she does is talk about paying me. I feel bad for her cause I know I will get my money, just a matter of when.

K....I will stop my whining now. I should check in to my other thread to let them know I am still alive and kicking, do some work and then open my books! I need to establish a plan with this studying!

Finished my w/o a few mins ago. I went mish mosh crazy! LOL

w/u: 50 jumping jacks-1 min
w/o: BR side burpee challenge-9:56 min
Tonique mat back lying minus abs-11:43 min
Elbow Plank hold-2:30 min
Extreme Kettlebell cardio w/o upper body segment-7:39 min
Bootcamp cardio only premix + stretch-8 min for cardio + stretch time

Off to shower and eat something. Taking Joey to see The Lion King in 3d today and then to dinner. After that will probably play games or something and have a few drinks. Me n DH will have the drinks, not the kid! ;)

Good morning ladies !

Y'day was a no w/o day . . . time got away from me. :eek: AM was DH's Hot Wheels trek to open new boxes but then we went to the beach and had brunch. It was a beautiful day so after brunch we walked the beach and wharf. Then did our weekly shopping. Did some of my reading, prepped some food, made flash cards and it was dinner time !

So this AM I did a "Wendy/Lori" type combo: TM 15 min w/u, L&G 3 exercises, TM 5 min, L&G 3 exercises, TM 5 min, L&G 4 exercises and TM 5 min. By that time my HRM was showing 700 cals . . . probably a bit high but it was an hour w/o and being out of shape I did check my HR and the HRM was correct.

Laura - hope the game was a win . . . and that you are feeling better !

Lori - good to hear all is well with you. LOL at the 20 lbs . . . it might be a little harder but I am sure you will be able to get it off ! Nice that you can still get a few w/o's in per week. Imagine how it will be when you go back to 2 hrs a day ! :eek: Bummer that your clients can't get their #$%^ together and don't pay you. It is their dime they are wasting and they need to be honest with themselves. You are doing all you can. I thought lots of cardio would help but am now trying to add a little more weights in addition to see if that might kick up my metabolism. I might be losing a little fluff - will measure again next week. No major changes in how my pants fit but oh well. No worries . . . I am doing a great job at whining lately too ! :p

Wendy - mish mosh crazy lady ! ! ! :D It is kinda fun and makes you think a little. I am so used to just popping in a DVD and following along . . . too many other things to think about that I don't spend time doing it with my w/o's. How was Lion King in 3D ? I saw the movie and the play . . . haven't even seen a 3D movie yet. LOL about the drinks for you and DH !

Diana - did ya ride your bike this weekend? what else ? ? ?

Off to continue my 'stuff' . . .
