I have to be to work early tomorrow so I'm checking in now.

Tomorrow will be a cardio day and I'm leaning towards Intensity...as much as I can get through. If I'm really short on time then I'll do one of HIIT's instead.
Tonight was the first night of August bootcamp. Our trainer will be on vacation for the next 10 days so we will have a sub for the next week. Football practice is starting so we are now at a nearby park. We did suicides in the parking lot, walking lunges....forward and backward, run ups/downs on the curb, burpees, pullups on the park benches, squats on the benches, (bbt's-barely butt touches

). It was a good class, but not killer like last Thursday.
Laura-Oh yeah, some of the BR w/o's are super intense. I've seen them anywhere from 10-40 mins, they vary each day. Did PIA move to another department? I haven't tried Asylum Relief yet. I'm starting a p90x/Insanity hybrid rotation when I finish up STS. I'm actually looking for to Tony and Shaun.
Wendy-do you preview the BR workouts first? I'm not familiar with all their moves so I pretty much have to.
