Morning Folks.

Weight's back on a downward trend. YAY! :)

Today's work out will be Cardio Core and Balance...if I do it! :rolleyes: I slept like complete crap last night. I probably only slept for about half of the time I spent in my bed. I'm TIRED. UGH. I was going to get up early and work out this morning as I have lunch plans right after work. Needless to say, THAT did not happen. With no time for a nap, I'm not sure if I'll have the energy to push out a work out after I pick Joey up from school but we'll see. Maybe I'll surprise myself. I sure hope so!

Laura:: Sorry the machines weren't cooperating with you over the weekend. I have the AC itch. I told my mom so hopefully we'll be going down there in the next month or so! ;)

Lori:: If you had won the 21 million lottery, would you have shared it with your Damage Control friends? *bats eyelashes* LOL

Jacque:: My problem with the X is that it freakin' exhausted me. The heavy lifting took it all out of me, much more so then the crazy Insanity cardio is! It's probably some of the best results I've ever gotten from a w/o rotation though so I have to give it another shot! :)

Okay, that's all for now....I will be back later at some point if I'm not sleeping! LOL

Good Morning!:)

Well...I on the other hand enjoyed every minute in the bed:) DH is gone so I had the bed to myself until 3:45 and then I heard the pitter patter of little feet. He passes up shamu, his blanket and then he went over and shut the door. Im not sure what that was all about.....LOL I enjoyed snuggling in with him though. Im not sure I caught up on all the missed sleep but Im sure I will make it through the day with no problems.

Wendy** Maybe I would have shared it with my Damager controllers....or MAYBE I would have bought Shaun T and sent him to everyones houses:eek: So remember you should always be nice to me:D

Jacque** I will have to keep that website in mind. I was not impressed with the dish at all! LOL I didn't think yesterdays workout was as painful as the other 2 I have done. I didn't know if I was just getting use to it or if it was easier! hehe!

On that note, I pretty much have DOMS all over...not alot, just enough to know that I worked out 3 times yesterday:confused: By butt is sore, my legs and my UB just a tad.
Im going to get another workout in soon, after I have enjoyed this coffee:D

Good morning all! Actually, it's just morning :mad: Crappy, stressful morning. Only good thing about it so far is that I seem to have lost 2.5 lbs since yesterday :rolleyes: Back at Saturday's weight :D

Anyway, I did PCC this morning. Oh it kicked my butt! Tonight will be Chest.

Wendy: Sorry to hear about the crappy night's sleep! I can't function on no sleep either. Hope you manage a nap somehow!

I'm going to do a bit of work and then will pop back in later to catch up with everyone else~

Hi Ladies,

I slept really good last night! I have PC & CA on tap for this morning, but I just did that w/o on Sat or Sun! These workouts our so intense and they are really taking a toll on me. I'm considering just doing a standard Cathe step to give me an Insanity break.

Wendy-glad to hear the scale is moving in the right direction. We had bbq ribs, corn and potatoes last night...I'm not getting on the scale this morning!

Lori-I don't know how you got in all those w/o's on such a crappy sleep schedule! You never really mentioned your STS results. I know I was much stronger, especially in the UB from STS. What were your results? By the way, if you buy Shaun T, feel free to send him my way.;)

Hi Girls,

My hunger seems to be kicked in full force today...I wonder why? I wasn't hungry yesterday...I think yesterdays workouts are catching up to me:confused::) I just finished CR, wasn't that bad. I always expect the worst...LOL! I think after lunch I will head out for my run. Im not sure how far I will go, Im thinking not to far!

Wendy** I don't know if I will have enough money to buy the both of them. They will probably be expensive, especially if they both have wives and kids that I have to lure them away from;) Hope you find tons of energy somewhere today!!!

Jen** I love the compliments...boy you are one smart cookie!!! Not like miss Wendy who is ASKING for something...where does she get the nerve????;):eek:

Diana** I didn't see any major results with STS but probably b/c I never did the 1RM..so I just grabbed a weight I thought I could use. For the most part, I think I choose a good one. I did gain strength though. I can do more pushups now then i could do before. When doing MM yesterday though I think I used the same weight I always used.

After my run I may try to tackle CA...hoping the only jumping is right in the beginning. Also depends on DS. I don't want to push it with him. He already let me do CR, but not without crawling in between my legs and resting his legs on mine while he was doing head stands. Didn't really help cause my legs were already tired from yesterdays workout:confused: Oh well...what doesn't kill me will make me stronger...RIGHT?:D

Morning chipper ladies !

Well I got my normal sleep - not too bad - but like Diana am exhausted from Insanity. When I don't sleep well I am just dogged and worthless.

Wendy - yee haw I knew you could get that scale down there quickly. Hope you get rested enough for your workout - inquiring minds wanna know what it is about ! ;) Have a nice lunch, remember your scale this AM ! :p

Lori - see you sometimes get tired of DS but remembering the snuggles like this AM is what they are all about ! :D Wait until they get older and tell you how they like what you did for them and with them. Makes it soooo worth it. I am guessing you'll be hearing that from DD in the next handful of years. Not sore enough after 3 workouts huh? You kill me ! :eek:

Jen - and your scale is down too ! Woo Hoo ! Just takes a couple days of behaving. Nice to know you can get there quickly, huh? How are you feeling today? Had the energy to get your PCC done so hopefully not too bad.

Diana - seems this week we are hitting the same workouts without much rest in between. Since I missed on Friday & Wed. it did a double take at doing PC (which I just did y'day) again on Wed. :eek: OK, I'll bite, but I may have a few choice words for Shaun ! :rolleyes:

Off to eat and see what's on the Ask Cathe forum as she should be there just about now . . .
 
Morning Ladies ..

got morning meetings this morning .. UGH .. I slept uber good last night ... the only pitter patter of little feet that woke me up at 5;30 was my big dog .. he was stomping at my door this morning wanting me to get up .. :p .. he stomps around making noise to get me up .. silly dog!!

the guys didnt show last night .. someone said they had a ball game ?? Not sure .. I know a couple of them told me THUR "see ya TUE" .. so who knows .. I am thinking at least a few of them will come back .. but who knows .. men competing against men .. may have a room full of JOCKS :confused: :eek: tonight is supposed to be 4 step pushup, plyo, core torture :confused: hope I have enough steps if they do show!! :eek:

Wendy .woohoo on the scale going back down .. WTG ..

Lori .. your w/o's yesterday are probably the reason your hunger is up today .. dang girl .. your body wants some food for fuel replenishment!!! ;)

Di .. I ate bad again last night .. DH had cooked a HUGE steak .. I didnt eat a lot so I wasnt too bad .. but he fixed me a plate for today :confused: think he worrys I wont eat if he doesnt fix it for me .. bless his heart!!

Jen .. sorry for the crappy stressfull morning .. I had one of those ystday . .yuck!

Jacque .. see you still got high temps .. well we still got RAIN .. man I dont think it is EVER gonna stop!!

Diana: Don't worry about that stinkin' scale, you'll be back down your 6 and then some! It's so frustrating that one day can make such a difference. I can't believe the workouts you do in addition to Insanity! I'd be completely wiped out if I added spinning and stuff. As it is, I wanted to add on a run each week but it hasn't happened yet :rolleyes:

Lori: I've never had a hard time getting what I want ;) You are nuts girl with all those workouts! Are you feeding your hungry self today? Sorry to hear about that idiot employee. Does DH have insurance that covers that? Unfortunately, it runs rampant in places like that. I have a good friend who owns a liquor store and he's often dealing with people who have their hands in the till. Heck, I know someone who owns a cabinet store and had a long time employee steal thousands and thousands! How does a person even think about doing that?

Jacque: These workouts are definitely taxing! I was absolutely spent the first week and very tired the second. Hoping the third brings a bit of my energy back. I'll probably get it back just in time to start month 2 :rolleyes:

Laura: Methinks you scared the little girly-boys away ;):D Sorry to hear you left a donation at the casinos! Unfortunately, that's usually the way it goes, huh? Still, it's hard not to have fun while you're there! I lol'd about smelling like a big Coors Light during your workout.

Wendy: What are 007's? I've never heard of them I don't think. Sounds like you and BF had a great time the other night. And yay for the scale bouncing back quickly! You were very consciencious making Fiber One muffins, unlike me who went for the brownies last night instead :eek: And I added almost and entire bag of chocolate chips to the mix, too! But they were soooooooo yummy!

K, I think that catches me up. I'm prepping for Friday meetings this week which always makes me pretty busy, but so far so good this week. I'll bbl~

Hi ladies,

Well I sucked it up and did PC and the standing portion of CA. I didn't have time for all the ab work but can do that tonight. It was as bad as I was anticipating. I also decided to step on the scale and was down 1/2#. This was after 2 cups of coffee, but before my w/o. I'm sure tomorrow the scale will read a false low since I donated blood this morning.

We are super slammed at work. We purchased some AB plants and have to change over their existing systems to ours. Needless to say there is a ton of work.

Jen-you snuck in on me earlier. I see you are sucking up to Lori for Shaun T. We'll have to share you know! The spinning class is just once a week...but the instructor encourages us to take several more spinning classes throughout the week. Spinning is only offerered in at 6am, 8am, and noon. Not sure I want to give up a Shaun workout for spinning at 6am. I always add extra chocolate *chips and syrup* to my brownies! Not healthy, but delicious!!

Lori-after all your w/o's yesterday, no wonder your starving today! Most of CA is floor work, just the beginning has some jumps in it. You will be just fine.

Jacque-well tomorrow is CR and I can honestly say I'm looking forward to it. I feel like my body is taking a beating with these INSANE workouts. Like Jen, I'm hoping my energy returns soon. Some mornings I find I have to convince myself to do the insanity w/o. They are so short it's hard not to just give in and do it.

Laura-So you scared the ball players away! You must be so proud! I bet they have a new apprecition for their wives and girlfriends who partake in group fitness classes!

Well here it is almost 4:30 and I haven't worked up the energy to exercise yet so I am just accepting the fact that it ain't gonna happen. *shrugs* Oh well. Life goes on. I wasn't very hungry at all today anyway so I guess it's ok. The scale should still be my friend in the morning. Tmrw I will get my azz back in gear. Hoping for a triple play tmrw now....weights in the a.m./CC&B in the afternoon/Centergy class in the p.m. Wish me luck! :eek:

Off to figure out dinner but I'll be back to catch up on personals a bit later for sure!

Hi Girls~

I was kept going all day but didn't really have much to do..go figure:confused: Story of my life. I got groceries, went for a walk with my running partner and then got supper. Tried to get DS in bed at a sensible hour so I could get my workout in....which I did. Its funny how I don't considering walking to be a workout anymore. I just finished CC#3 & 4. Great workout, tons of hills and speed work...just wanted I needed. Count down is on for the race....24 days I think:eek: so I ran 7 miles in total.

Jacque** I NEED sleep to but some how I can push through my day with little of it. I usually end up losing my cool at some point b/c I am tired. And if I don't workout I just end up eating b/c Im tired:rolleyes: Yes the snuggle was very nice. He was a pretty good boy all day actually. I like those days.

Laura** Prehaps you scared those boys away???:D When you spoke about your dog it reminded me of the one we use to have that died a few monthes ago. He use to prance in place when he wanted something. I still miss him...but life goes on. If I think hard enough I can still smell him and feel him.

Diana** You are on a roll with the scale!!! Hope work isn't to crazy. I am now wondering if I should do CA. It is 9:54 and I want to watch the biggest loser before I go to bed.

Jen** I think what bothers us the most is that we all trusted this guy. DH considered him a friend. And b/c we are from a small town everyone knows everybody so you kind of think you know who you are hiring. Needless to say, I think they found more stuff today. I told DH that if some good stuff comes up, he needs to be charged...and of course he agreed. I also told DH that if anyone ask why he left...i will be telling them. Im not going to pretend that he left for no good reason! A$$hole!

Wendy** I ate enough today for the both of us!:eek: I won't even bothering tell you guys what I ate cause you might throw up. At one point I was hungry but then it got to the point where I just wanted to jam things in my mouth:confused: Oh well!
