Last night's class was like last Monday's class - circuit based - step cardio - a 600 rep segment - shaping segment - plyo step segment -
it was AWESOME!
Lori - sorry for the ups and downs - no advice since I havent been there and done that
but I can offer a hardy - HANG IN THERE KIDDO!!!!!

Wendy - that workout looks great - so you actually did 500 mountain climbers at one time?? without stopping???

OK .. soooooooo tonight I am doing some new stuff - gonna be a different mish mosh of sorts - interval mixed w/shaping
hope I make it thru!!! ESPECIALLY seeing as how I GOT UP AGAIN THIS MORNING and nocked out STS meso 2 LEGS - yes that is right - and BTW legs are a LOT harder in the a.m. .. and require a LOT more energy than the UB ... yikes!!! I am STARVING now!!!! Hope the tired legs hold up for class tonight!!!
