Morning Ladies,
OMG, my legs are still hurting from heavy leg training on Thursday. Honestly, I have not been this sore in a very long time. My workout witll be UB today and hopefully a bike ride. I hope to learn how to ride my new road bike this weekend. The shifters are up by the brakes and it is unfamiliar to me, on top of the super skinny tires. Not sure if I will do a Cathe w/o for Chest, Shoulders and Triceps or use P90X.
We will be heading to DS's football game in a bit.
Wendy-your modification sounds fine to me. Especially with BR, we need to modify based on our equipment available. Enjoy your girls weekend!!!
Laura-yes yes yes....my legs were already fried...then the stair running with db's and weighted walking lunges....we were all fried! Glad you took a look at the BR site, she has lots of unique moves...they may look easy...but they are quite challenging.
