TGIF!! woot woot!!
well Hello ladies!!!!
I did try to teach plyo class last night .. the leg started off good .. but then it got tight .. then started feeling "
iffy" .. like if I pushed it much harder I would REALLY injure it - even felt some of the "
iffyness" in my
bad knee and I damned sure dont want to injur that again!!! so I stopped about 1/2 way thru and did
POWER YOGA which was
AWESOME BTW .. I needed it bad!! My shoulders are sore this morning from it .. so it is obvious I am slacking in my yoga practice!~

FLUNKED out on suggestions on the knee problem
.. DR LAURA has diagnosed herself
- it is the same quad muscle that I tore the tendon on 3 years ag0 - I am blaming the
heavy weight leg press as the culprit - so NO MORE LEG PRESS for me - I dont think I have a tear or a pull - but a
strain - SOOOOOO REST IS BEST!! Plus Ibuprofen and freeze it!!!
Lori - man hate the hovering boss thing ..LOL .. have fun on your workout!
Wendy - I think you will have fun at the hockey game .. hey .. snack and cold beer
I would be in no matter!!!!

OK .. I am leaving early today .. DH surprised me w/a GOOD DATE NIGHT tonight
so NO WORKOUT -
REST day for sure .. and more than liekly I will take
ONE MORE REST DAY TMRW ... then try something
low impact like high reps or STS TB???
