Good Morning Girls.

So I am up and ready to face the rest of High and Tight! I will also be doing cardio since I'm workin' out anyway....;)

Jacque:: No diet change at all...just the fat burning BBL rotation with some extra cardio added in is all that I am doing...oh and I always sub in something else for Cardio Axe cause I don't like it. :p BUTT that's it! :D I wish I could say that the cookies were part of the deal but they aren't. LOL Ofcourse, if you really want to be able to eat cookies, there IS the cookie diet. I heard about it on the radio last week. Ever hear of it? :rolleyes: Sorry about the cold! That stinks...and just when ya got your BBL work outs too! Oh fudge! :( Sounds like you had a nice day in the heat before you got sick tho! I can't wait for the warm weather! The past 4 days were lovely here (in the 40's and 50's) but I don't think it will last and I really want the 80's! I wanna start workin' on my tan! ;)

I'm back. I ended up doing 1/2 of the first 4 circuits in CCC. I did each circuit 1 time (instead of repeating like Cathe does) and then did the core work and I did this for the first 4 circuits. It took about 20 minutes (all the time I had for it) and it was a good work out. I did the 2nd half of H&T after that. I'm happy now so tmrw can be my rest day. ;)
 
Good Morning Girls!:)

Another "not so good" night. It was o.k once we fell asleep but DS woke up coughing before we went to bed, got in bed with us and then wouldn't go back to sleep. I'm guessing it was after 12 before he finally settled down but we didn't get up until 8:30 so we had a good night sleep. I got a little ticked at DH last night b/c when he turns off the baby monitor he also turns off the sound. The two buttons are on opposite sides of the monitor so I guess he just turns both of it down when we go to bed. And then when I turn it on, I just turn in on...b/c I don't realize that SOMEONE turned the volume down as well. So Im not sure how long he was crying before we actually heard him. I have told him about that before, I don't know why he does it....but of course he says that he doesn't. Then who the he** does?:mad:

Anyway....today's workout will probably a good core workout, either a tempo run or hills. Neither of them are real long so I may do DW as well. My workout won't be as long as yesterday's.:rolleyes:

Wendy** No sneaking in today....it's tomorrow and Thurs you have to worry about;) And if your taking a rest day tomorrow , you will probably be a sleep when Im up. So you almost called the beauty salon!? LOL I guess that's an effort! haha! Good job with your workout!

Jaqcue** DD has stuff stuck on her dressers in her old room as well. she has nail polish on the mirror on the door and all over her desk:mad: It was a nice desk until she did that to it. It could be sanded off I suppose, but I'm not sure what we will do with it. Hope you are feeling better today. I haven't caught what DS has YET....hoping that I won't!

Morning Ladies,

Yesterday I did CST, but ended up doing triceps after bootcamp last night. This particular disc is 69 minutes...kind of long to get done before work. This is my repeat of week 3....and my arms are sore this morning. It didn't help that we did chest, shoulders and tri's in bootcamp last night too.

I've decided to throw Insanity into the mix! :eek:This is what my face will look like while I'm sucking in all the air.... My intention is to do 3 Insanity w/o's each week, but I may throw in some step w/o's too. This morning is PCC....and ab work after that...if I can still move.

Wendy-nice w/o. I tried to CCC cardio only premix..and it was hard. Of course I'd already done Back & Biceps and MMA Boxing and was basically too tired for CCC. Glad you called the salon, hope the fix takes and you are happy with the results.

Lori-sorry you didn't get much sleep. Our kids never slept with us, although our oldest used to come into our room in the middle of the night and sleep on the floor. We used to worry that we would step on him because we never knew where he might be. I hope he feels better soon so you can all get a good nights sleep. I saw your workouts....from yesterday...how on earth can you do all that??? You are amazing!

Jacque-hope you feel better too. We are supposed to be in the 50's today but have snow Wed/Th. I've started doing some glute specific exercises but am holding off on BBL. I need a new step topper, but haven't been able to find one in any better shape than mine. I may be ordering Cathe's new step with the discount. It's nice to know I'm not the only who can't find jeans because they don't fit over my thighs. Dress pants are the worse...they should drape nicely...that's not going to happen on my body. Even when I find some that fit, more often than not they gap in the back a lot.

Laura-are you back??? Did you come back a winner...I certainly hope so!!

Jen-hope all is well with you...and you are keeping up with your workouts. Are you on the BBL bandwagon?

Two cups of coffee down....PCC here I come!:D
 
Lori:: Sorry about your long night with DS. I DID call the salon. Going in tonight to get it fixed. :)

Diana:: Good job on your work outs y'day! Sounds exhausting already and you are going to be adding in Insanity!? :eek: You are my hero! I am doing Insanity 3x per week too but not the whole thing. I only have 20-30 mins for cardio each weekday morning.
 
Hey ..

I am back .. sorry I was MIA ysty .. it was truely INSANE at the asylum .. PIA called in .. Boss has dr appnt .. just left me and another girl up front .. and we WERE SOOOOOOO busy... was out of balance at the end of the day .. seems the entire day was nonstop and LOUD ... GEESH ... I didnt get out till 30 min late .. made me late for my class .. I walked in .. and man I was fit to be tied .. 2 students dropped their step levels b/c they knew I had hard day and w/o would be hard :confused: what can I say they KNOW ME!!! :mad: Did 40 min super step cardio - 15 min shaping and then cool down .. it was a good class .. tonight is PLYO .

today is my DB b-day ... didnt know what to get him .. so he is getting $$$$$$$ ... he needs that anyways!! SIL and I was supposed to start P90X at lunch today .. but she is sick and has federal auditors in .. so not sure if it is gonna be doable .. I may start w/o her .. LOL

Wendy ... I still have not ordereed BBL .. cant seem to slow down long enough to order it .. maybe the fever itch will pass me .. LOL.. so what happened w/the hair .. I missed it???

Lori .. sorry you have not been sleeping well .. me either .. but what else is new right .. glad DD room turned out good

SOOOOOO the winning vibes .. you girlies must have been daydreaming about DH ... :rolleyes: :p b/c he hit every time he sat down .. I couldnt buy a hit .. he won more than I have ever seen him win .. :eek:.. he came home waaaaaaaaaaay up .. think it ended up around $1800 ...:eek: ..me ??? I AM BROKE @$$ :( :confused: :( but glad he won .. he is gonna FUND my next trip .. and maybe I will have the luck next time .. :p .. BUT he did fund the entire SAMS shopping spree and the dog food shopping spree .. ok .. gotta jet .. have a great day! :D
 
I just looked on the OD .. OMG . those people are HOSTILE .. GEEEEESH .. I dont see WTH those people insist on being so vitrially mean .. dont we get enough of that in REAL life :confused: ....

I dont get it .. ok I am going to sign off and quite goofing off .. after reading those posts I have MORE STRESS .. GEESH!!!!!! :confused:
 
Hi Girls!

Workout done, even though I had to push myself to do it. Nothing sounded good so I did what I had planned. I did 4 miles on the TM and DW...also did MM abs b/c I didn't do those yesterday. I am getting DS ready now and my running partner and I are taking the dogs and the kid I own out snow shoeing;) Should be interesting b/c Im not sure who is more hyper, her dog, my dog or my child. I think her dog comes pretty close b/c she is only 18 months old.

I also forgot that I need to go to the bank and get a new card. DS got into my wallet and bit my bank card the other night. When I went to walmart my card wouldn't work, then I looked at it and seen teeth marks:mad: Seriously...??? No toys in house?

Wendy** Glad your getting your hair fixed. Hopefully they won't charge you for it again b/c some places do.

Diana** Nice workout yesterday! Thats funny about your oldest son sleeping on the floor...was it b/c you wouldn't let him in your bed;) Did you keep the weight off that you lost with Insanity the last time?

Laura** I haven't heard about the PIA in a while! I forgot about her. We don't really have any PIA's where I work now...only my boss was for a while. I shared my lunch with him on Thurs and then I realized I shoudn't have done that b/c then he didn't go home for lunch!:mad: Didn't even get my hour to myself. So did DH share is winnings or was he like DH when my MIL gave him $500? I got him in the end cause I bought some clothes on line and told him to pay my share on teh cc! LOL

Alright...I will bbl! Time to get this crazies outside!

Oh pooh Laura. That's what I was afraid of. Isn't the third one the heavy lifting? That's the one I don't want! :(
 
I dont think the leg part is extremly heavy lifting on the lower body part .. b/c the plyo took the place of a lot of that .. I remember lots of one weighted moves .. and some things like the squat and lunge maybe a bit heavy .. but the third cycle plyo is by far my most favorite part of the STS series!:D but you know me ... :confused: .. I am kinda warped that way :eek:

I can't believe I'm saying this, but PCC wasn't as hard as I was expecting it to be. I followed it up with abs from SJP.

I had to run errands today at lunch and stopped at Gordman's. I've been on the hunt for some new jeans for quite a while. I tried on 4 pairs and bought 2. I wish everything wasn't stretch... Not sure if I will end up keeping them or not...they fit okay but I couldn't really see how I looked in them. They had some really cute spring/summer tops too. I kept myself to only 1 shirt today but may go back for a couple more.

Laura-sorry you didn't come home a winner...but fortunately your DH did. Yep, I'm mixing Insanity with STS. Today was my first Insanity w/o...we'll see how this goes. Meso 2 is my favorite....the 10-12 rep range is perfect for me.

Wendy-Plyo legs is in meso 3. Can you order the discs individually? I have the STS worksheets in excel, let me take a look and see what the exercises are and I'll let you know. You do a weighted exercise..followed by a plyo. For example, you may do weighted front lunges and then jumps up on to your step (with 4 risers on each side), then weighted rear lunges followed by air jacks...etc.
