Laura: Very scarey about the tornadoes. Glad everyone stayed safe though. How was class?

Today is a rest day for me. Perhaps I'll do some yoga or stretching later on. Time will tell...

I start the final week of Push this week. I am enjoying the super heavy lifting but am also excited to see what the next phase (Lean) is like! :)

Argh!!! No internet right now cuz the utility guys are working around town today. Don't know how long it'll be. Think I'll hop on the treadmill for a walk/run and try the internet again later. Posting from my phone is kind of tough, so I'll bbl for personals. Hope everyone is having a great day!
 
Hi Ladies !

This may be my only chance to get here today since I'll be out of the office doing meetings all day.

Chest, Shoulders & Tris was tough last night. Pushed myself up another 5 lbs on the bench presses but couldn't do all the push ups. Got all but one round in by doing a standing pushup with my hands on my weight bench for the close grips at the end. The first set on the floor went OK since there were only 40. I thought we were done with push ups ! :confused:

Laura - Wow how scary for you yesterday. Atlanta was on our local news about the tornados. Said you may have more coming? Be Safe ! Hope you got a good workout in. I'm soooo with you on the bikini look right now ! :mad: Really need to tighten up the ol diet but just not feeling very dedicated lately I guess. I am planning on a low cal diet all next week when we have no weights - only one day where I will have to eat out. That will help !

Wendy - So you are in just about the same length of rotation as Diana and I with STS. One Meso left, though it won't start for two weeks. This has been interesting - I am seeing quite a difference in size and strength this Meso. Lean would be good, but I don't think that is what we will be working on next Meso. How was the park yesterday?

Jen - hope the internet is up soon - though perhaps the break will give you a "push" to get those steps in today, huh? :p

Diana - I think I will shoot for the Cardio Fusion Premix - I love that one. What are you doing for cardio today?

Hello ladies!

another round of storms this morning .had me up at 4:30 .. my outside dog was FREAKING out .. and the inside dogs were freaking out at the outside dog .. UGH .. no sleep!!! DH is on nights so that always makes it harder to go back to sleep!! But ALAS .. WE HAVE SUNSHINE today .. WOOHOOOO ... it is around 70 and beautiful finally!! Think we are in for good weather until Sunday! WOOHOOOO!!:D

Last night 50 min of fast step .. it was as sweatfest ... 10 min of abs to finish .. great workout .. felt good .. nice change of pace from the "I feel like someone beat the crap outta me" w/os I have been pounding out .. speaking of .. PLYO class tonight :confused: .. will for sure be huffing and puffing tonight!!! Plyos take it outta me!!

Wendy .. enjoy your rest day... I need to add in some yoga too .. man I have fallen off the yoga wagon since STS ...

Jacque .. hope the day of meetings goes smoothly and fast!! I am hoping our bad weather is gone for now .. and I can get my extra cardio in and pull rank on the tapeworm that seems to inhabited my body!!:eek::mad:

Jen .. sounds like you are progressing nicely ... please dont overdo .. dont want any setbacks.. b/c you have been thru it this last year!!

Di .. has your bootcamp classes started up again yet?? I remember you mentioning it .. I love to hear about your bootcamp torture .. you and Wendy inspire some of my best torture ideas!! :p

I hope miss Lori is lounging by a pool sipping on a nice CAB or two for all of us ... :)... Lori I am sure if you tour Disney Land you are gonna get your workout .. one way or another.. LOL!!!

OK .. better run .. I have found NUMEROUS accounts that PIA has screwed up beyond belief .. :mad:.. gonna take ME forever to straighten them out .. and could have been avoided if she were not a LAZY @$$ :confused:.. oopss sorry .. I am supposed to be celebrating PIA free ... even when she is not here she is causing me extra work!!!:mad:

Hi ladies,

I stayed home sick from work yesterday. I'm not feeling much better today either. Head is stuffy, coughing, and I'm just so tired and want to sleep all day. Midday I managed to get in CST. I made the mistake of looking ahead and saw that we had pushups again. I did the best I could. I should have some awesome cleavage with all those heavy incline bench presses and flyes!

No workout for me to report today, unless of course napping counts. That's what I'll be doing as soon as I get home.

Jacque-yep, super sets lower body blast-its only 30 minutes but really works. Here's the website for calories from Wendy- http://www.annecollins.com/calories/...eeds-women.htm. Click on the calorie calculator on the right side. Once you get your maintenance cals then subtract no more then 500 for your deficit number. Every 4th day is a maintenance day. I haven't had time to even track my cals on fitday lately but I'm going to have to make time.

Laura-Bootcamp starts back up on June 1st. I'm actually going to miss my first class cuz I'll be on vacation. Last night was my last meltdown class but I didn't make it because I was home sick. Sorry to hear about the storms, how frightening that must've been.

Jen-take it easy girl-power hour is a toughie. Actually, I find the endurance w/o must harder than the traditional heavier lifting.

Lori-I hope you had a safe flight. I saw that florida was having storms as well. Hopefully you made it just fine and you are enjoying cabs by the pool!
