Good Morning.

My work out got done a little later this morning. I was able to sleep in a bit b/c DS is at my MIL's because school is closed and so is his care program.

Insanity PCC + abs from KCM 30 mins to fitness k/b...DONE! :D

Wow..I'm surprised no one has popped in yet. Ofcourse by the time I finish typing this and hit "post", someone will have snuck in and I'll look like a big dummy! :p

Jacque:: Oh yeah sure...just rub it in our faces that you are warm while we freeze! :eek::p Enjoy your new "pants loosening" rotation! I know I am loving mine!!!! :D

Lori:: Amazingly enough there was no DOMS to speak of from my BM/BM2 mish mosh. Oh well. You have gotten crazy busy. I would blow my stack if I were you. I can't handle that. I get overwhelmed easy and then I lose it. :rolleyes: Good for you if you can handle the pace! What work outs did you order? Do tell!!!! :)

Laura:: You had DOMS yesterday? No! Say it isn't so!!!! :p So how did your closet cleaning task go??

ETA:: Wow, it took me a little time to finish this post and no one snuck in on me! I am surprised! LOL
 
Hi Ladies,

DH got home yesterday and I slept much better last night! I'm working from home today and haven't decided what I want to do. I have my weigh-in today and always prefer to do cardio on weigh in days. I'm sure it doesn't make that much difference...its a head game for sure.

My knee is quite tender today and I will be making an appt to have it looked at. Although I want to do cardio, I believe it will be upper body weights ala disc 15, back and biceps. I will do legs, disc 13 either tomorrow or Saturday.

Wendy-I ended up doing CCC yesterday instead of Insanity. Hope you enjoyed the bit of extra sleep you got this morning. It's so nice not being rushed in the morning.

Jacque-I work for a very large company and try not to get HR involved unless absolutely necessary. Once you go to hr, you have a black mark in your file. Most issues are worked between the two parties or the manager may be involved if necessary. I've already complained to my manager about this employee and now a second member of our team has complained to the manager.

Laura-honey, I hate to tell you this, but you obviously have ttttoooooooo many clothes if your closet rod broke!!!:p;):D Time to get rid of the old and buy some new stuff...have fun shopping after fixing the closet rod. Sounds like you had a great workout!

Lori-sorry life has become so hectic for you. I've been spending 9-10hrs/day working and it gets old...no overtime either. How is DS's speech coming along?

Diana:: I did the CCC express circuit premix last week and had planned on it again for tmrw but now that I just did PCC I'm thinking that is NOT going to happen! :p Enjoy your upper body work out today. Keep us posted on the knee--->what the doc says! I was not rushed initially and loved sleeping in a bit but ended up having to rush and left late this morning! How that happened I'll never know! :rolleyes:

Hey ladies!

another insane day .. this week has been a ruff one .. between work stress ... and sil BS .. I am DONE!!! I am taking off tmrw .. DH and I are gonna do somethign together alone .. he got off this weekend .. first time in 30+ days .. IDC if we go somewhere or if we are in the house .. alone together .. we are locking the gate .. and tell the world to screw off for a while!!;)

I tackled the closet .. AW LAWD .. Di - yup it was in BAD need of some thinning out .. I found things I have not even taken the tag off of .. things i have not worn .. nor would ever fit .. or are way TOO YOUNG for my old arse now .. so they are all going to a family I know that has a 16 year old girl .. about my size .. a bit smaller .. but she will love them .. I didnt even make it to DH side of the closet .. :confused: it is next ..

Wendy .. nice workout .. I plan on doing either BH or 4 DS or or one of the interval workouts tmrw .. today I have a baby shower to go to .. but there will be CABS flowing :eek: :p soooo another forced rest day ... but closet clean max was a killer yesterday :p

Di .. girl I didnt realize how much CRAP I had in my closet .. I still have a lot to go .. that and my former exercise room ... that has now become un-used exercise equiptment/catch all room .. I gotta get it under control too ..

Well this weekend is my Auburn Tigers Homecoming ... woohoo .. WWAAAAAARRRRRRR EAGLE BABY!!!! I will try to touch base tmrw .. depending on where I am .. what I am doing .. but whatever I am fitting in exercise .. time w/DH .. and some FUN exercise time ;);););) have a great one!:D
 
Hi ladies,

I went to my weigh in and am holding steady. I had a pretty good week eating wise and am not worried at all. One of the handouts today talks about adding resistance training....get this...using 1-2#'s. HHhmmm, I did STS back and biceps and used 67#'s for deadlifts and rows, and 40#'s for bicep curls. I'm not sure what 1-2#'s would buy you.

The knee is very warm and tender which is why I chose upper body weights today. I need to save it for bootcamp class tonight. I fear we will probably be running and I haven't even tried that nor do I know how it will feel on my knee.

Laura-hope you are able to enjoy the weekend with DH. Sounds like you have been quite stressed lately. I'm sure your friends daughter will love getting some new clothes!

Wendy-Isn't it funny how when we have extra in the morning...we end up being rushed anyway!:confused: Happens to me often.
