20 minutes of Insanity Max Interval Circuit
70 inner thigh reps per leg
100 reps for upper abs

I have some nice DOMS in my legs and shoulders from yesterday's Tonique work out! woo hoo!

Good Morning!:)

Today I was woken up by everyone asking me where their clothes was! I am sooo sick and tired of everyone asking me where their *hit is...when they were the ones who had it last! My mother was here on Mon so DD couldn't find the top she was looking for. Then DH says he can't find his jeans! I get up look in the closet...and there are the jeans! He keeps asking me questions about the jeans (making sure they are the right ones) and then he tells me not to talk to him like he is a idiot....and then I tell him that he is acting like a idiot....yada...yada....yada....Could have been a sour morning but it wasn't!;)

We were planning on running outside today but it is cold and wet out there. I don't think we are suppose to get much rain but its still not running weather. Its kind of o.k b/c I need to get some house work done and when its sunny out, its kind of hard to do. I will probably clean the bathrooms and the bedrooms before I workout. Our weight workout didn't go ahead yesterday so I will be doing cardio and weights of some sort.

Wendy** I think I will have oatmeal for my breakfast to! Sticks right to the ribs! I love breakfast that keeps me full.

Laura** Again....unless I was making super duper good money...I would not be able to do what you do. I hate it when people get mad at me! LOL When I use to work with one of the airlines, I use to hide in the backroom and pretend I was working whenever a flight would come in with missing luggage! haha! Christmas time was brutal!! One time we even had a dog missing! He wasn't really missing, we knew where is was but the owners thought he was here. Thankfully they told them before they made it this far so they knew when they got here....and I wasn't working that night!

Hi Ladies,

No workout for me this morning. I woke up late and barely got Jerod to football practice at 7am this morning. Poor thing, he's going to be starving. I'm glad they are having practice so early since it supposed to be in the high 90's today.

Lunch w/o is legs & back at the rec ctr and bootcamp class tonight. I really need to start going to bed earlier, I'm not a morning person and the past couple weeks I've been running and I'm starting to wear down. More sleep is all that is needed...early to bed early to rise! Hopefully I'll get there.

My review was fine, just defining goals for this year. We did take about working from home and our VP is all for it. I may even be able to WFH more often! How cool is that!!:p

Wendy-nice w/o this morning. I feel like a sloth since I'm not doing anything. I've been extremely busy at work this week, tons of meetings but hope to be back to normal next week.

Lori-sorry you did not have a good morning. I say let your running partner push the stroller... It will be good for her!

Diana:: Glad your review went well and yay for more working from home! So you gonna start gettin' up with me at 4:15-4:30? ;) My goal is always to be in bed by 9:30. If I am late going to bed then I suffer the next day.

So I have come up with an idea for a new tattoo! (#4). I want it on my ankle I think. It will be some combo of daisies (my birth flower) and lillies of the valley (my DS' birth flower). Not sure how I want it done though so I need to speak to an artist and then have him draw something for me. I'm very excited! :)

Hey Girls!

I just finished MM and my UB is on fire!!! Oh Lordy!:D I went heavier with allll of the weights and pushed myself a little harder. I went heavier with legs as well but they aren't nearly as tired as my UB is. My UB is so tired that I couldn't even do all of the ab work b/c I needed to rest my body weight on my UB.

I still haven't done cardio and I am trying to decide if I want to. If DH comes home for lunch I may go outside for a quick 30 mins run. Its starting clear up out there. But I don't think I would be able to go out and push the stroller today. My arms would not be very happy with me.

Wendy** Where are the other 3 tat's or do I want to know?;) I don't have any, I doubt I ever will. But they say if you have one and you love it, then you just want more and more. I have a friend who as quit a few but I don't think people can see them when she is dressed. So they are probably, shoulder,back and ankle area.

Diana** I hear ya on going to bed early! Last night I fell asleep on the couch and it was 1 before we moved. The night before that I played cards and when I got home DH and I got in the hot tub...it was 2 that night before we got in bed. I use to always be in bed by 10:30. I am glad he said last night that we had to start going to bed earlier!:) I am going to try and be in bed tonight by 11'ish! I wouldn't worry to much about missing your morning workout when you have 2 other workouts to do yet today....and Im the energetic crazy one?? I think the title needs to be passed on to you!!!!:eek:

Alright...I need to decide if I am going to run or get in the shower. Maybe I should just get a shower. I am suppose to be meeting a friend tonight for a drink...so once I am showered, Im not getting sweaty again. Its now or never.

Lori:: I got my first tattoo on my backside (heheh), my second on my hip and the last one on my lower back. Ankle will be visible a lot in summer and in dress/skirt but that's it. Rest are pretty hidden unless in bathing suit. Sometimes lower back can be seen by virtue of where my pants/shirt fall when I sit down.
 
Hello ladies ..

another insane day at the asylum .. not quite as bad as ystdy .. but I am on counter again .. and we are cutting in projects again .. GEESH .. :confused: :( ... anyways .. I was so drained by the time I left this place last night .. I finally got home I got in the pool .. got a CAB and just SAT in SILENCE for about 1/2 hour!! :cool: that helped!

Wendy .. I thought you had already got the tat on your ankle .. thought that you got one w/your son's brithdate and your birthdate on it .. ?? .. I havent gotten the one I want on my lower lower back yet either .. maybe one day!! I am feeling too fat right now to get one!! :mad:

Lori .. doncha hate the great search for clothes and shoes .. I dont have kids ..but DH cant find anything .. and they are always in the same place ..

Di .. hope you can find some sleep tonight!!!

Laura:: I agonized over a tattoo with my DS' name and birthdate on it for a while before I got my back tat but couldn't come up with something I was completely happy with so I went for the back tat I have now instead. Incorporating him into tat #4 was not the original plan but has slowly become it as I've thought about what I wanted. As a result this tat should actually have meaning instead of just being some arbitrary "cool" picture like the others! :p
