Good Morning!
I set my alarm to get up at 6:30 to workout but I didn't get up until 7:22
I don't care....its Sunday! I'm not gonna miss much by getting it at 10:00 or 10:30. I have no one to train today
, its nice to have a day off from that.
I think I will do a run, abs and the LB work of HR today. That's the plan anyway. DH was gone yesterday but ended up coming home last night and now he has a stomach bug
I wish it were a hangover but it really is a bug and I don't care to have it in this house. Why didn't he just stay put? I don't want anyone else in the house to catch that crap! Ugh! And now that he is home DS will be all over him.....
LauraR** Running is a mind over matter sport. Alot of the time you can push through the pain or push through the thoughts of needing to stop. Since I have started training people, I have noticed how controlled my breathing is and that is something people really need to work on. Even when I am doing interval runs I don't huff and puff. Once someone has their breathing down pat, they can keep on going. I haven't been outside since Nov for a run and I am looking forward to it. I feel like a hamster on a wheel!

I don't have as much time for mish moshing anymore. Most days I am lucky if I can get a straight run in!
