Good Morning!:)

Set my alarm for 6 to get up for my flight and its diverted. We have had nothing but fog and rain all weekend. I went back to bed but all I did was lay there. I thought I was tired but I guess not. Now I can workout! Yippee!:p Its to wet to run outside so Im guessing the TM it is. I am just not sure what yet.

Diana** DD had a v-ball tournament all weekend as well and they won 3rd place. They won 3rd at the last one to but there was only 4 teams:p LOL I don't think they cared though b/c they proudly wore their medal! LOL I am not sure how many teams were there yesterday, of course I missed out cause I had to work. Hope you get a workout in today!

I checked in late last night and caught up on personals then. I should be able to check in from work today!

Good Morning Glories.

Well I didn't do it again this morning. DS came in my room just after 6 and I was up 5 mins later. Much better cause he wasn't as hopped up and ready to go since he had just gotten up himself. ;)

Oh my achin' mid section! My obliques are hurtin' for sure! :D I think my legs are finally just about recovered which I am happy about but I'm not quite ready to do the other Tonique disc yet. :p

Today's work out will include ubber body weights, butt work, abs and cardio. Leandro's H&T Ankle Weight work (17 mins) for the rear view and perhaps Jackie's Power Circuit Training segments (15 mins each) for U/B and ABS (though I may leave out the oblique work!:eek:) and then I was thinking of the S.W.A.T. Extreme Weight Loss and Fat Burning work out (30-40 mins) for cardio. Will be a long one if I do it...Time will tell if my exercise ADD lets me stick to this plan! :p

BIG NEWS: My son is losing his first tooth at a month shy of turning 5 years old!!!!!!!!:D:D:D:D:( It's bittersweet ofcourse cause he's growing up so fast on me but so cool at the same time!

Lori:: Nice homemade lower body circuit you put together y'day. Glad work was finally good for you. Keep at it...it'll get easier as things start to fall into place from the take-over. :) Being left alone for 30 minutes is impossible when you live in a house with all boys. Even my DOG is a boy!:rolleyes: LOL

Diana:: Oh now lame...b-ball in the rain. Yeah, I think they only call games if the field is in danger of getting flooded out or something. Atleast you were able to stay dry. I did a ton of laundry (and cleaning) y'day too. Now today I vow to do nothing! :p
 
Hey Girls!

Everything is nice and peaceful for the time being.I am thinking that today will mostly be like this but I am sure I will have a scattered visitor!

My workout today ended up being BM2 abs, 4DS tris/bics/shoul and a 9.5k run outside.Once in got lighter outside it didn't seem to bad and I would rather barf then get on the TM. I started dragging near the end of my run though. I was hungry plus the coffee I drank earlier was burning in my stomach! I hate when that happens.

Wendy** I thought last night was the party? Did i read wrong? Probably. DH asked me last night what I would do if there was no internet. I was checking in with you guys and checking for sales down south. Did he think I enjoyed watching the hockey game he had on??? I told him that I was doing the same thing that he does when the biggest loser is on. He may be sitting next to me but he certainly isn't watching it.
Joey must be so excited! Thats big stuff!!!! Get your wallet out!:p

Alright, I am gonna do some more work now. Don't really want to but you know how it goes!

Hi Ladies,

Well today will be C&B, the w/o I didn't do yesterday. I'm also considering doing plyo legs but I'm not sure yet. I'm usually pretty spent after the heavy lifting. The only other thing that needs to be done today is grocery shopping and discussing the bills with DH. Not looking forward to that one but it needs to be done.

Lori-nice mish-mosh you came up with yesterday! Well we get the girls for 4 weeks this summer, dates to be determined. I'm looking at July since I already have a week of vacation planned. Amanda will probably stay for a long weekend, but it's not awkward at all. I need to start looking at airfares.

Wendy-I too thought you were out partyin' last night and Joey was with your MIL. I didn't know he was almost 5, that must mean he will start Kindergarten this fall. Wow, he's growing up so fast.

Jacque-hope you can get in a w/o to workout your frustrations.

I'm catching up on some recordings then will hit C&B.

I am exhausted and sore today. My obliques/lats are on fire and I feel like I could sleep for a week. That being said, my work out didn't live up to what it was originally supposed to be but considering how I feel I think I did an okay job. I was watching a Slim in 6 infomercial this morning and it put SS in my head so this is what I did....

The ab and lower body floor work from Firm It Up.
The lower body floor work only from Mix it Up and Shape it Up.
Jackie Warner's Power Circuit Training Upper Body work out.

It took a long time to do even though the work out itself wasn't that long because I had to find the parts of SS that I wanted to do. It was a good work out that didn't stray very far from original plan except for the lack of cardio. Oh well. No biggie.

Gotta get ready to take DS out for some fun now before I fall asleep in this chair! :p

Tomorrow is a rest day and I am thankful! :)

Home again! Took Joey to the park and then hung out in yard with him while he played with the dog for a bit. Gonna have an early dinner tonight and then settle in to watch The Blind Side with DH in a bit. I am actually more awake now then I was before. Go figure. Maybe it was the fresh air??
