Cardio and abs today for....better get to it! BBL!
 
Almost forgot today was leg/cardio day! :eek: Thankfully I remembered when I went in to choose my work out! Phew! I did BBL Bum Bum, 1/2 of 6w6p w/o #2 and finished it off with the ankle weight work from BBL High & Tight. Great combo of w/o's. Kicked my arse good! :D

TGIF! I'll BBIAB!:cool:
 
Hi ladies,

I have to be to work by 8am on Friday's going forward. We have a conference call with our European counterparts. My w/o will be very short this morning. I'm going to do Jillians 6wk/6pk, as much of w/o 2 as I have time for. I don't want to get too sweaty or I'll have to wash my hair and leave it curly today.

I've got some kind of sinus issue...these morning sinus headaches are the pits.

Wendy-No worries.:p Nice job on the w/o this morning. You sure had a rough morning yesterday. Hopefully today will be much better.

LauraT-Oh no, I sure hope you feel better today. I looked at your email last, thanks for sharing!!

Diana:: Hope you got most of 6w6p done this morning! HiiT's are also a good option when you are short on time. :) Today's commute was definitely better. Thanks. I am sore and tired though so it's gonna be a long day. I got enough sleep but I feel like I was run over by a truck. I hope I'm not getting sick! :eek:
 
I'm still dragging...super hard too. :eek: I just wanna curl up under a blanket and sleep for about 5 years. That's how I feel right now. Exhausted. Sore. Headachey. BLECH. Still have 2.5 more hours here at work to go...ARGH. Ofcourse, when I get home I'll feel atleast a little bit better instantly just cause i'm no longer at work but IDK if it will last...Time will tell! Wish me luck!

Quiet here today...hope everyone is okay and just busy! :)
 
I asked DH yesterday if we could do lunch today. He said yes, but ended up with a gout attack...and one of his friends is dropping by at lunch. I was pretty mad about it at first. DH must feel bad since he said he would hang my w/o tv and fix my dryer.

I went for a walk this afternoon. Our temp today is low 60's, sunny and breezy. It was nice to get out of the office. I thought about giving running a try, but I want new shoes and should probably try that from home. I don't want to end up limping or in pain at work.

Wendy-I did manage the first half of w/o 2 with 5lb wt. I would probably drop to 3's for the second half, just to be safer. Sorry you are not feeling well. I hope the time flies for you this afternoon!
 
Diana:: That's a bummer that DH couldn't do lunch today but atleast you will get him to do some stuff around the house now! :p I use a 5# DB for 6wk6pk w/o #2. It's great for only doing half of the w/o and tough but doable when doing the entire thing. It can be a real shoulder fryer which is something I need to be mindful of since my one shoulder can be quite cranky at times. I tried to use an 8# db once but I couldn't pass the db under my leg successfully when she does that lunge exercise where she rotates to the side on the forward lunge and does the db pass thru under the leg on the backward lunge. The 8# db was too big/heavy/awkward for me to do that move with. :eek: Probably just as well though. Any fun plans for the weekend?
