So...I guess I shouldn't make promises I can't keep

I promised that I would be back here yesterday to catch up on personals and that didn't happen at all!

My day flies by so fast, almost to fast.
I ended up going to bed with DS last night and I stayed asleep. I should have more energy then I do. When I get a good sleep like that I usually don't get tired again until its time for bed but after lunch I started to feel lazy again. Blah!
Anyway...so this is how yesterday went..training, training, workout )which was 4DS UB, 20 mins on the TM, 10 min on the bike, 4DSKB with ankle weights strapped around my hands and ab ripper)grocery shopping, made banana bread, supper, training,training,training..BED!
Today was training,training,assessment for DS, lunch, Lower body blast for moi, training, 6 miles on the TM, abs, shower...and here I am! I have one more training session today and that's it for today. I don't like more then 2 per evening.
MIL was kinda gett'in on my nerves yesterday. Its almost as if when she starts working out her brain shuts off. She made some comment about DH not being able to fix her computer last night b/c of a meeting, which I didn't really like. And then she ran on the TM for 30 secs and when she decided to walk, she just started walking...didn't press any buttons to lower her speed. I asked her if she thought the TM could read her mind...I had to. Then she thought she was having a heart attack....very, VERY odd! Not only that my SIL brings her girls everytime she works out...so there is 3 kids running around, 2 people working out and its just to crazy. As I am getting older my mind can't handle such craziness! THEN my 6 o'clock shows up and they don't leave. They have a meeting right there about what they are gonna have for supper with my BIL and FIL there. How many people can you fit in one room??? Alot apparently! Just so happens that my 6 o'clock is a friend of mine but I do need to call her and apologize. I feel like everytime she comes over its just mahem at my house and its usually b/c the workouts overlap by a bit and there are kids everywhere.
Wendy** Nice workout. I have never looked at the premixes on that dvd...then again I have only ever done that workout twice. Could be why. Talking about running...do you miss it at all? I thought about another marathon the other day when I looked up my Ottawa time again and noticed that I placed 48/250 in my age group. That kind of stuff makes me wanna do it again but I don't know...would have to take some convincing right now. I wouldn't be able to do another one until this Fall. I need to finish this course first.

LauraR** Congrats on the run. I tried letting my mind wander today but it didn't work. I watched a weightloss show so that kept me entertained. I hate running after working legs...they feel so heavy.
