Hi Ladies,
This morning is High Reps for me. I did preview a bit of it last night while I was doing laundry and it looks good. I do wish Cathe would give us some guidelines on the barbell she's using. I know with STS total body I started out too heavy on some of the exercises and had to drop down in weight.
I may end up ordering a new laptop after all. It sounds like I need a new motherboard and new harddrive. The guy I talked to said I should call dell because some of the chips in their motherboards have an extended warranty on them, even though I only took the 1 yr standard warranty. I'm going to try to do that today. Of course now I'm wishing I would've paid for the extended warranty.
DH set up our new 40" tv (the one I bought for the basement) up in our bedroom. DS1 set up the 32" flatscreen from our room in the basement so I can do my workout this morning. He still needs to set up the cable and gaming systems etc., but he made sure it would work for me today.

I've been using the old style 27" tube tv for my workouts, it was weird seeing Cathe on the flat screen. I'm sure I will love it. Eventually we will hang the TV's as I bought wall mounts for both of them, but at least they are both working now. DH and I are trying to find someone to take the entertainment center so we can hang the TV. It's going to give me so much more room in my w/o area!
Lori-Glad you were able to get your w/o in first today. What a bummer though, your first client being later than you anticipated.
Wendy-I got the Dec rotation printed just now. I'm just switching out STS total body for High reps this week so I can start today. Have you done any of the premixes on Intensity? I need to preview some of those, it looks like they might use weights...do you know if they do?
Jacque-we watched the avs game on our new 40" TV that DH put up in our bedroo last night. We ended up losing to the thrashers in OT. I hate when that happens.
Laura-Oh no, it's the first of the month...hectic for sure.
