Hi Ladies,
I'm working from home today. I'm feeling better and may head down for a workout in a bit. I guess 4DS kb/bc will be good for today and possibly Back & Biceps. It depends on how I feel once I get started.
We are supposed to go to our condo in the mountains this weekend. DH is spending most of the week, but Jerod and I have to come back since he has school. They are getting pounded with snow and I don't want to go up on Sat just to drive home in nasty weather, steep mountain roads etc. The whole thing is sounding too stressful. DH really wants us to go, but I'm going to make every effort to get out of it, without pissing him off. Wish me luck.
Wendy-no rest day today...you go girl! Thanks for the KCM suggestions. I really want both cardio and weights. I like that they are around 30 minutes. I hate cutting a Cathe w/o short, like I didn't accomplish anything. So a shorter w/o that I could complete sounds much better. I never used to bother working out if I didn't have an hour, but now see the benefits of even a short w/o.
Lori-I slept great too last night! Gotta love a good nights sleep. The holiday season is almost upon us, so I wouldn't worry to much about your certification. You can pick it back up in January or February when life slows down a bit. Be proud of the marathons you completed. It's up to you if you want to run another one.
Jacque-hope you were able to get your w/o in this morning. If not I'm sure you needed the rest from your whirlwind work the past few weeks. The AVS lost to Vancouver last night in OT..booh.
Laura-We had terrible winds yesterday, my lawn chairs blew around to the side of the house, hitting the fence etc. Scared the bejeezus outta me! The mountains are getting lots of snow, but down here the temps have been in the 40's and sunny during the day...no snow down here yet.
