Good Morning Ladies.

Couldn't sleep b/c I had to pee about 30 minutes before my alarm was due to go off so I just got up and stayed up. Hate when that happens. :mad: Also went to bed a bit too late last night so I lost more like an hour of sleep then just 30 minutes. Gonna be a bit tired today. :(

This morning's w/o plan...so far....is Insanity Pure Cardio and 1/2 of the Original Tonique (either the squatting or lunging segment). Hammies are a bit tight from y'day's w/o but nothing too bad.

Laura:: Sorry about PIA making you furious y'day. Hope you were able to let it go and enjoy your evening after you left work. Hate carrying work crap around w/me and letting it ruin my time off. :mad: {{{Healing vibes coming at ya for those ribs of yours!!!!}}}

Lori:: Where the heck do you get the energy from? I will do a 90 minute w/o on the weekends at times but you are over here working out for 2 hours more often then not it seems! Are you naturally energetic and use your work outs to burn off the extra energy or are you just all out crazy!? :D;):p

Diana:: How was your 40/20 w/o y'day? I find that to be the hardest of the 3 HiiT's.

Jacque:: You were MIA y'day. Hope everything is alright!!!!

Good Morning Gals!

Up to get a workout in before work. Only one day to work!! Yippee!! And only 2 workouts left to go. Although I am in Ottawa 5 hours before my running partner gets there so I may go to the gym for a small run. We are suppose to do a small run on sat but aren't. I have a 4 hour lay over in one of the airports so I will get tons of studying done that day!!

I was going to run outside today b/c I have slight DOMS every where but its windy and I'm not sure I am up for that. I may just do something on the TM or do a UB circuit.

Wendy** I dunno....I certainly am not struggled through my workouts by no stretch. Sometimes I just know that I have to get it done. I feel bad for DS when I am working out cause he is just hanging out by himself but I told myself that I had the rest of the day. Not to mention...how much of my time as he hogged in the last 3 yrs?;) I can't believe I can get on the TM with him in the house!! I am guessing I am naturally energetic. Not the chatty kind though. You know how some people can yack your ear off and you can tell they are overflowing with energy...Im not like that. Have fun with your workout. I woke up 2 mins before my alarm went off and I thought I had slept in!

My work out is done. I am scarfing down my oatmeal with p/b as I type this and then I have to hit the showers. Here's what I did::

Insanity Pure Cardio (omitted only 1 w/u round and stretches)
BBL High and Tight Standing and Floor Band Work
20 inner thigh circles each direction/each leg
40 inner thigh lifts/each leg
100 various crunches for upper abs

I opted to do BBL instead of the original Tonique today b/c I decided that I wanted to put the emphasis on outer/inner thigh today and give the quads/hams a break.

Gotta go! BBL!:)
 
Hey ladies ..

I am on cash counter on PIA window today *humph* .. we are short handed have meetings ... and man it has been INSANE at the asylum .. can tell full mooon around corner .. UGH .. tmrw I have to go to meeting ... will be all day .. *sigh* ... we did about a 2 hour walking of spread out neighborhood ystdy .. OMG .. the driveways were like 1/2 mile or so .. and all UPHILL .. GEESH .. I didnt fair too well .. but managed some of them .. the rib was really hurting ..but I did it .. today we are walking a much tigher and more LEVEL neighborhood .. YAYAYAYA .. LOL ..

Wendy ... everytime I see your exercise post it makes me sooo sad and jealous .. I feel like I am getting fluffier by the second .. UGH .. at least the walking has got to be helping some.. although i find myself gasping for air on some on the hills.. .. like breathing shorter quicker breaths .. I dont realize I am doing it till I try to talk guess it is body response to brkn rib???

Lori .. WOW .. glad to see you are working out for me in my forced absence!!! :D .. sending good marathon vibes!! woohooo .. go our little energizer bunny!!! what day is it??

Lori:: Okay that settles it. You are just an over-energized lunatic then! :D;):p That being said, you will kick azz in the marathon! I just know it!!!!

Laura:: If you go and steal some of Lori's w/o for your own then she'll have to work out for an additional hour (so make it three hours instead of two) in order to make up for the 30 minutes you steal from her! LOL ;) Can't wait for you to heal too so that you can join me again with the Tonique work outs! I will be starting STS soon but I am only doing upper body so my lower body Tonique (and BBL too!)/cardio blitz days will not change! :D
